Similar to what you see in public capital markets, there is a concentration amongst the hedge fund (HF) heavyweights; it is not just bulk and swagger, but also equates to sizeable management fees that can be thrown towards computer systems, risk controls, and talent in order to keep performing at scale. Funds mentioned include Bridgewater Associates, Man Group, Elliott Investment Management L.P., Millenium Capital Management, and Citadel.
