What does Running Point Capital Advisors & it’s Affiliates do with your personal information?

Please note: If you are a new investor, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we send this notice. When you are no longer an investor in our fund(s), we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

What we do

Affiliates from using your information to market to you. Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.|

|Affiliates||Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Running Point has an affiliated trust company, Running Point Tax & Consulting, LLC, which provides tax services. |

Running Point may share personal information with non-affiliated third parties, such as broker dealers, banks, and investment advisors for business purposes.
